sold / Papiro floor lamp by Sergio Calatroni for Pallucco, 1989

With the Papiro floor lamp, Sergio Calatroni united art and design, literally by turning a single line (lines being core to drawing, or design) into a three dimensional sculpture. The Papiro can be modeled to any space, to any other object that it needs to relate to, to any kind of light desired. The Papiro lamp with a nickel finish is still in production. Our Papiro has a copper finish, indicating its early production in the early 90s.
