Bugia wall lamp by Giuseppe Cormio for iGuzzini, 1970s
available
Designed by Giuseppe Cormio for iGuzzini, the Bugia wall lamp is a beautiful example of 1970s Italian lighting design. It was originally created for the Milan Fair in 1975 and put into production the following year. Its name, Bugia, refers to a traditional Italian candle holder with a handle, a reference reflected in its simple yet functional form, because you can direct the light by shifting the lampshade. Its curved, minimalist design softly diffuses light, creating a warm glow—much like a candle.
