These Magistretti style pine and rush chairs show the finest craftsmanship in even the tiniest detail. The skill of the designer not only becomes apparent by means of the chair’s well-considered shape and execution, but even more in how he/she carefully selected the various pieces of wood for each chair, exploring its unpredictable and curvy woodgrain and herewith creating the most beautiful and rhythmic patterns. After a thorough search we are convinced they are made by a Dutch designer who was very familiar with Martin Vissers designs and techniques.
